ERA-COSMETICS DOOEL will use personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection and other relevant regulations of the Republic of North Macedonia. It will not disclose personal data to any third party, except in cases where it is legally prescribed, in order to exercise its rights or protect its interests or to act in accordance with court orders or other legal or regulatory needs. Personal data are considered: name and surname, address, e-mail, etc. The buyer guarantees the accuracy of the entered data. ERA-COSMETICS DOOEL does not bear any responsibility if the entered data is not correct.

2. Confidential data and information protection policy
ERA-COSMETICS DOOEL undertakes all necessary measures for personal data protection, in order to prevent theft and abuse as well as unauthorized access. ERA-COSMETIC DOOEL for the entire duration of the transaction does not have insight into the number and date, validity and security code of your payment card, nor does it have any information related to your bank account.
