Delivery time

For deliveries in Republic of North Macedonia

Delivery time is indicated on each product and depends on ERA Cosmetics and the delivery company. The products are delivered within the specified period by the online store after sending (processing) the order, with the exception of holidays, all orders made after 4pm from Monday to Friday and after 12pm on Saturday are ready for delivery the next business day (if the order is made on Saturday, the next business day is meant Monday) and the courier delivery is done within 24-48 hours for deliveries in Skopje and the Skopje region. But for cities outside Skopje, within RNM, delivery is done from 1 to 3 working days, depending on the delivery plan of the transport company.

For deliveries outside Republic of North Macedonia

For delivery outside the territory of RNM, an additional fee is charged and depends on the area of delivery. By ordering a product from another country outside RNM, by placing the product in the cart, indicating the country and the expected delivery time you will automatically receive the final product price with calculated delivery. The delivery time for orders outside of RNM depends on the place where it is delivered. There is also an option for immediate delivery of a product outside of RNM within 24 hours and in that case the price of the product is higher than usual.
